Happy Easter

In 1739 Charles Wesley's beautiful words were put into a hymn.  And I think there's no other way to better explain our joy!  Praise the Lord for HE IS RISEN!

Christ, the Lord, is risen today, Alleluia!

Sons of men and angels say, Alleluia!
Raise your joys and triumphs high, Alleluia!
Sing, ye heavens, and earth, reply, Alleluia!

Love’s redeeming work is done, Alleluia!
Fought the fight, the battle won, Alleluia!
Lo! the Sun’s eclipse is over, Alleluia!
Lo! He sets in blood no more, Alleluia!

Vain the stone, the watch, the seal, Alleluia!
Christ hath burst the gates of hell, Alleluia!
Death in vain forbids His rise, Alleluia!
Christ hath opened paradise, Alleluia!

Lives again our glorious King, Alleluia!
Where, O death, is now thy sting? Alleluia!
Once He died our souls to save, Alleluia!
Where thy victory, O grave? Alleluia!

Happy Easter!!

love you and your Easter blog. We do have so much to be thankful for. When I think about little inconveniences, I don't have far to look - Dad, at you, Isaac, baby #2, Steven, carla, Owen, JB, Katie, Camille, Cameron and of course most important of all, Jesus for me to feel blessed. I love you all dearly, and I can't wait to meet baby Owen and baby Sprayberry soon.
