This new orleans themed cake was made by my sister Carla. Remember?...she's in culinary school in the Big Apple.

The ENTIRE thing is made out of chocolate! Yes, that's right, chocolate!!!!

And it's mighty pretty if I do say so myself. Good work Carla! Go take a big bite out of the coffee cup now. You deserve it.
