Professional head banger

Yes you heard me right. My son is a head banger. Although he was just a novice at one time, he's turned professional (the way to turn professional is by correct body movement and doing it multiple times a day). This doesn't mean he likes to go to rock concerts while sticking up his little hands in the air forming the rock sign. (Although he does get excited when he hears Mickey's Hotdog song...) No no, It's nothing like that at all.

It really takes great boyish skill to be a professional in this field. Luckily, Isaac has agreed to show all of you head banger wanna-bees a few tips.

First, you need a really plush couch or chair. One with a comfy high back is preferred. (Having a cute daddy in scrubs is optional)

Next you must stretch your body to a head to feet position.

Good. That positioning will give him high marks indeed.

Immediatly following the stretch, one must force his/her head back quickly as possible.

Last, allow the back of your head to come in contact with the plush pillow.

And repeat.

It really is that simple.

Of course, Isaac makes it look easy. He is a professional you know... Believe me, I've tried it and let's just say this "exercise" isn't for all mommies, grandmothers, or girls in general.

Here's the view from a different angle just in case you are confused on what to do.

Stretch it.
Fling it.

Pound it.

Rest and relax if need be.

Looks like no more repeating for this little guy...

Last but certaintly not least, all professional head bangers know a hug from daddy makes this activity complete.
